Do I have to stay?+
Yes — a guardian in the building for under-12s. Not in the zone with them, just on site.
Can we bring our own cake?+
Always, no cakeage charge. Other outside food isn't allowed.
Are socks compulsory?+
Yes, for children and for adults on the play floor. RM5 a pair at the counter if you forget.
How long can we stay?+
All day. One wristband, every zone, in and out until closing.
Can I move my party date?+
Free with 7 days' notice. Inside that we'll try, but the deposit may not carry.
Is there parking?+
The Podium's own bays and street parking on Jalan Tun Datuk Patinggi Haji Ahmad Zaidi Adruce. AEON's car park is two minutes across the road.
Is the food halal?+
There is no pork and no alcohol on the menu. Message us for current certification status.
